How IT WORKS
1. APPLY
Apply to be considered for a career accelerator cohort.
2. INTERVIEW
After your application has been accepted, you will have the opportunity to interview with our team.
3. Career Matching
Once passing the interview round & receiving formal acceptance to a cohort, you will be able to confirm the career path you'd like to pursue.
4. PROJECT BASED LEARNING + certifications
For 16 weeks, participants are provided with instructor-led courses that emphasize hands-on learning. Certifications may be obtained depending on career path.
5. Interview prep
Participants will have 4-6 weeks of interview prep upon completing the learning portion of the program.
6. job placement
Upon completing interview prep, cohort participants will have the opportunity to interview with our partners for roles that best fit their experience.
FAQ

How long is a cohort?
A cohort lasts for 6 months from initiation to job placement. This allows participants to fully understand all of the new concepts they're learning and apply them.

Is there a cap on cohort participants?
In order to ensure participants feel supported, we currently have a cap of 35 cohort slots total.

How many career paths can we choose from?
‍Career paths vary per cohort to better align both industry and partner need, and applicant interest. Each cohort will have at least 3 paths to choose from across the following industries:
- Artificial Intelligence,
- Cloud,  
- Cyber Security

Is there cost associated with the Accelerated Transition Program?
Yes. Starting January 2023, our program fee is $1500. The fee allows us to provide the highest quality career transition experience to our program participants. Program fees are due in full in order to secure a spot in a cohort.

Do you all provide financial assistance ?
Yes. We provide scholarships on a case-by-case basis for those who need help paying their program fee.
